Unlike screen printing, which is limited to 1–3 solid colours, full colour printing is ideal for logos with gradients, multiple colours, or detailed artwork. It’s the go-to choice for conferences, exhibitions, and branded events where visual impact matters.

For the best print result, we recommend supplying artwork as a vector file — ideally an AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined. Vector files scale to any size without losing quality.

If you only have a raster file (JPG, PNG), it needs to be high resolution — at least 300 dpi at the intended print size. Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated print, and we’ll let you know if there’s an issue before proceeding.

Digital transfer printing uses a heat-press process to apply a digitally printed design directly onto the lanyard. It’s well suited to smaller quantities and designs with fine detail or multiple colours. The result is a smooth, vibrant finish that sits slightly on the surface of the lanyard fabric. Digital transfer sits between screen printing (best for large runs with solid colours) and dye sublimation (full-colour, all-over print) in terms of both price and capability.
