We stock reusable name badges in two main formats. Our DIY metallic frame badges in 75mm x 36mm come in black, gold and silver with a clear window that holds a printed paper insert. The metallic base gives a polished, professional look while the insert behind the window can be swapped out in seconds. These are the most popular choice for retail name tags, reception desks and any business where staff names need updating without reordering the entire badge.

For a full colour option, our DIY digital staff badges in 70mm x 35mm accept inserts printed with logos, photos and branding in full colour. These work well for organisations that want each badge to carry department colours, a headshot or a company graphic alongside the staff member’s name. The insert prints on standard card stock using any office laser or inkjet printer, and the badge frame holds it securely behind a clear protective window.

Every reusable name badge comes with your choice of attachment. Magnetic backs are the most requested because they grip through shirts, blouses and uniforms without pins. Pin and clip backs are also available if your workplace requires a specific attachment type. You can mix attachment styles within the same order so different staff get what works for their clothing.

These badges suit both permanent workplace use and repeat events. How do I print inserts for reusable name badges?

The insert slides out from the back or side of the badge frame depending on the model. Print your names and details on standard card stock (160gsm to 200gsm works well) using any office laser or inkjet printer. Cut to the size shown on the product page and slide the insert into the badge. Free downloadable templates are not currently available, but any word processor set to the correct dimensions will produce a clean result. What attachment options are available?

Each reusable name badge is available with a magnetic back, a pin back or a clip and pin combination. Magnetic backs are the most popular because they attach through clothing without leaving holes. If you are ordering for a team, you can mix attachment types within the same order at no extra cost.

Can I use these for conferences as well as permanent staff badges?

Yes. Reusable name badges work for both. For permanent staff use, print each person’s name and role once and leave the insert in place until they move on. For conferences and events, print a new batch of delegate inserts before each event and reuse the same badge frames. This is particularly cost effective for organisations that run regular events throughout the year.

What is the minimum order?

You can order reusable name badges in small quantities without being forced into large bulk commitments. Our minimum order value is $40 AUD excluding GST and freight. Pricing per unit improves on larger orders, so teams of 50 or more get a better rate per badge.
