Our medium holders fit larger inserts with room for name, title, company and event branding in either landscape or portrait orientation. The large A6 size holders (117mm x 169mm overall) have multiple compartments including a category strip section for colour coded role identification at bigger conferences.

Every holder comes with slot punches at the top for attaching to your choice of lanyard. What insert sizes fit your transparent name tag holders?

Our small holders fit 55x90mm inserts which is the standard business card size used across most Australian workplaces. Medium holders take inserts up to 105x74mm in landscape or 74x105mm in portrait. Can I print my own inserts for these holders?

Yes. All of our transparent holders accept paper inserts that you can print on any standard office laser or inkjet printer. The open top slot makes it easy to slide inserts in and out. We also offer a printing service if you want us to produce finished inserts with individual names, titles and your event branding.

What is the difference between transparent holders and clear acrylic holders?

Transparent holders are made from soft flexible PVC vinyl that bends with movement. They are lighter and cheaper, ideal for single day or multi day events. Clear acrylic holders are rigid plastic that holds its shape firmly. Acrylic suits permanent workplace badges or situations where you want the card to stay perfectly flat at all times.

How many do I need to order?

There is no large minimum on most transparent holders. You can order quantities to match your event size, with bulk pricing available on larger orders. Our minimum order value is $40 AUD excluding GST and freight.
