Just a heads up on how we handle freight costs: At checkout, we calculate the freight based on your Australian postal code and the weight/volume of your order. You’ll have a couple of options: Road Freight and Premium Freight, both through Star Track.
If your order is under 5kg, there’s also a Fixed Price Premium Service available. You get to pick whichever option suits you best, whether you’re going for the best price or need your items pronto.
Oh, and one more thing: If the actual freight cost turns out to be more than double the stated charge, we might need to adjust it. But don’t worry, we’ll reach out to you first to get your thumbs up on any extra charges before we move forward with your order.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders for stock items must be placed before 12 pm for same-day dispatch. Expedited freight can be arranged for an extra cost by calling the office on 1300 905 421. We recommend airfreight for priority shipments (e.g. Lanyards for conferences/events.)
Express Lanyards is not responsible for shipping delays or loss of goods caused by the carrier, customs departments, or any other outside influence. All merchandise becomes the property of the purchaser at the time of payment.
