How We Calculate Freight

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your Australian postcode and the weight/volume of your order. You’ll be presented with two options via StarTrack:

  • Road Freight — cost-effective delivery for standard timelines
  • Premium Freight — faster delivery when you need it sooner

For orders under 5kg, a Fixed Price Premium Service is also available. Simply choose the option that best suits your budget or deadline.

 

Note: If the actual freight cost exceeds double the amount quoted at checkout, we’ll contact you for approval before processing your order.

Same Day Dispatch

Stock item orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Need it faster? Call us on 1300 905 421 to arrange expedited freight. We recommend airfreight for time-critical shipments such as lanyards for conferences and events.

Shipping Responsibility

Express Lanyards is not responsible for delays or loss of goods caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control. All goods become the property of the purchaser upon payment.
